Mini Cheese Sculptures

They don’t get moldy

Sculptures of 10 – 15 cm that do not deteriorate or become moldy

The small sculptures are ideal for:

  • be displayed in the showcase
  • a present
  • a centerpiece for your event

Because given the small size they don’t have the possibility of getting moldy, in the big ones, instead, not being able to control the deepest parts, there is the possibility of proliferation, therefore it is recommended to eat them.

They do not need special care. The first year they expel the fat, so once a month you have to dry them. Once the expulsion is over, they don’t need any treatment.

The optimal temperature to preserve them is from 5 to 25 degrees Celsius.
